We have redesigned and improved our tear sheet return system. We hope that this ensures easy and secure access for our artists to view and save their tear sheets.
Along with our new system, we have amended our tear sheet return policy. Tear sheets will now be made available no sooner than one week after the date of publication. Tear sheets will only be returned to artists via the Tear Sheet Dashboard. Diamond Facet Magazine stores tear sheets for 30 days post publication. Please ensure to save your tear sheets to your device before the 30 day period is over.
Artists will receive an Email with their login information.
If you forget your username and/or password, please contact us via Email (submissions@diamondfacetmagazine).
Please do not send Emails requesting tear sheets, as they will go unanswered. Requests for past tear sheets are to be submitted via the form below. This helps us to easily reference what tear sheets you are requesting and for us to efficiently return them to you in a timely manner.
