Included in our submissions packet:
In order to use the fillable form, you must download the document to your device before filling it out.
TO SUBMIT VIA EMAIL
Please review our submission guidelines and requirements. We do our best to utilize all content that is submitted to us, however content that is not correctly formatted will not print properly.
Please review, fill out, and sign a copy of the Release Form. We prefer the release to accompany the original submission. All releases are due 48 hours prior to its designated issue’s release. If we do not receive the completed, signed release form then we will be forced to place your submission on hold for a later issue. Please include your release as an attachment to your Email or place it in the folder with your submitted content.
Please label your submission folder as follows: “ModelName_PhotographerName_Theme” We accept any form of file share (Dropbox, Google Drive etc.) Please DO NOT attach your images to your Email.
Send all Email submissions to: SUBMISSIONS@DIAMONDFACETMAGAZINE.COM with subject title "SUBMISSIONS: theme". All information required on our online form is required in your Email submission.
Our Dropbox Email Address is EDITOR@DIAMONDFACETMAGAZINE.COM. This is for privacy and sharing settings. Do NOT send submissions to the Editor.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND FILES THROUGH DROPBOX WITHOUT FILLING OUT THE SUBMISSION FORM OR SENDING SUBMISSION INFORMATION TO THE SUBMISSIONS ADDRESS. The Editor does not accept submissions and many Dropbox links end up in the spam folder. We have listed our Dropbox Email address to clarify that it is not the same as the Submissions Email address. We have missed quite a few submissions after a deadline has passed. Please ensure to fill out a form or send an Email to Submissions.
